PURPOSE:To enable automatic sealing or the like and make a device compact by sliding a sliding member and laminating tacky tape to an object to be laminated in a stationary state by means of a pressing roller and a cam mechanism while carrying out cutting at the same time. CONSTITUTION:A tacky tape winding roll T is mounted on a holding shaft 41, its delivered piece T1 is drooped so as to be along a first pressing roller 42, and as a slide member 2 is slid in the X direction, a second pressing roller 43 rolls on an object to be laminated A. A support member 4 is restricted by a cam mechanism 6 to make the first and second pressing rollers 42, 43 laminate the tape delivered piece T1 to the surface of the object to be laminated A. In this condition, as the slide member 2 is stopped and slid in the Y direction, the supporting member 4 is swung in the opposite direction, the second pressing roller 43 rolls on the tape delivered piece T1, which is cut by a cutter 5, and the cut-out end is pressed against, and integrally laminated to the object to be laminated A. Hence, automatic sealing, etc., can be performed while making a device extremely compact.
