PURPOSE:To give a good adhesive property with both hydrophilic and hydrophobic polymers and to attempt to improve easily-sliding property, by laminating a mixture of a grafted compound and a water-insoluble polyester copolymer on a thermoplastic resin film. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of a grafted compound A grafted with one or two or more of water soluble polymerizable double bond-containing monomers and a water-insoluble polyester copolymer B where mixed dicarboxylic acids containing 0.5-15mol% dicarboxylic acid having a metal sulfonate group in the whole dicarboxylic acid component is the dicarboxylic acid component of the polyester, is laminated on a thermoplastic resin film. As the above described water-insoluble polymers, nylon 6, poly alpha-pyrrolidone and so on can be cited. As the water-soluble double bond-containing monomers, acryl amide, aminoacrylate and so on can be cited. It is preferable that the graft ratio of these water-soluble double bond-containing monomers is 50-1,000%. When the mixture of the grafted compound A and the copolymer B is laminated on the thermoplastic resin film, the lamination is formed by coating it with an aqueous dispersion of the polyester copolymer.
