PURPOSE:To prevent contact and catch of metallic wires with each other in a state laminated with a tape material, by laminating a tape material on one surface of a metallic wire and successively winding the laminate in spiral form. CONSTITUTION:In a reel winding of a finished metallic wire, the winding pitch of the metallic wire is made to be 1.5-2.5 times the width of the metallic wire, a tape 7 having a width of 1.0-2.0 times the winding pitch is attached and laminated to the lower face of the metallic wire and the laminate is spirally wound round the surface of a reel 4. The catch of tooth tip caused by the slip-in of the laminated metallic wire can be prevented by this construction. |
