PURPOSE:To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition improved in melt flow during molding and having an excellent balance among various properties and good mechanical properties, by integrating a carbon fiber bound with a polycarbonate resin with a polyether ether ketone resin-containing thermoplastic matrix resin. CONSTITUTION:This thermoplastic resin composition is formed by integrating a carbon fiber bound with 0.5-5.0wt.%, based on the carbon fiber, polycarbonate resin with a polyether ether ketone resin-containing thermoplastic resin composition. The content of the thermoplastic matrix resin in this thermoplastic resin composition is desirably 10-70wt.%. In order to improve the moldability and properties, it is also possible that the thermoplastic matrix resin contains (preferably, below 30wt.%) polyamide, polyethylene terephthalate, polyamide imide or the like in addition to the polyether ether ketone resin. Said polyether ether ketone resin can be used in the form of film, pellet, powder or fiber. |
