The present invention relates to a monobloc front crossmember for a motor vehicle. This crossmember essentially comprises a steering rack casing 1 moulded integrally with the crossmember, lugs 9, 10 also moulded integrally with the crossmember and serving as a support for suspension arms, and housings 12 able to receive the bearings of an anti-roll bar.
