PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily and safely perform attaching an detaching of a ball nose and a tubular frame by mechanical force by a structure wherein the tubular frame is fixed to the lower end of a hollow driving shaft and the locking releasing rods of a ball locking joint, which locks a ram cylinder and the ball nose in the connected state to each other, are mounted vertically slidably and a cotter is mounted at the lower end of the ram cylinder. CONSTITUTION:When vulcanizing forming is finished, a ram cylinder 16 is lowered so as to disengage the tip rolls 46a of driving levers 46 from the annular groove of a ball nose 30 in order to pinch the bead part of a tire between an upper bead ring 5 and a chuck plate 41. Simultaneously, the ball nose 30 pushes down a bladder so as to peel it off from the inner side of the tire in order to push it in a bag well. When a top force is opened by raising an upper frame, said tire is pulled up from a bottom force. After that, by lowering a hollow driving shaft 11, the tire is pushed out of the top force 4. When the ball nose 30 is raised to its upper limit, the chuck plate 41 is pulled in to the underside of the upper bead ring 5 resulting in allowing to remove the tire from the top force. |
