PURPOSE:To reduce a installation range of a liner plate, by connecting one end of a leakage piping to an insulating structural body of a sodium piping while the other end thereof is positioned on a small-area liner installed at a part of the top surface of a partition. CONSTITUTION:An insulating structural body has a sodium piping 10 surrounded by a pair of upper and lower interior plates 16 and 17, in which a heater 18b is provided while the top surface thereof 16 and 17 are wrapped with an insulating material 19. So, the linear plates only requires a cross sectional area of a sodium equipment and an area to position a piping, hence, eliminating the need for installation over the entire floor area of an upper room. With such an arrangement, in case a breakage is caused in a piping 10 for one reason or another to leak sodium flowing through the piping 10, the sodium leaked drops onto the lower interior plate 17 and flows through a leakage piping 14 to be introduced into a small-area liner plate. The sodium built up on the small- area liner plate is accumulated into a sodium storage chamber through a drain piping.
