PURPOSE:To generate a graph by executing a calculation by designation, by providing a means for storing a numerical data corresponding to information to be stored as a graph. CONSTITUTION:This device is constituted of a main control unit, and a plotter control unit which is controlled through a programmable input/output interface PIO1. First of all, by a data table input program, a name of a data table, a size of the data table, and a data of an (m, n) matrix are inputted and stored. Subsequently, by a graph condition input program, a designation of a kind of a graph of a bar graph, etc., and a line of a line graph, a designation of hatching of the bar graph, and a designation of a color are executed. Next, in a graph plotting program, a condition for plotting a graph is checked, an arithmetic processing for plotting a designated graph is executed, and a designated graph is outputted to a plotter.
