PURPOSE:To improve adhesive strength and heat-sealability with a base material and to prevent the occurrence of smell, by extruding an ethylene resin from a die of an extruder at a specific resin temp. to prepare a molten thin film, carrying out thereon an ozone treatment and press-bonding and laminating it on the base material where an anchor-coat treatment has been done. CONSTITUTION:A molten thin film is prepared by extruding an ethylene resin (except branched low density polyethylene) from a die of an extruder at the resin temp. of 150-290 deg.C. Then, an ozone treatment is carried out on this molten thin film. Then, this treated surface as the adhesive face is press-bonded and laminated on the base material where an anchor-coat treatment has been done. As the ethylene resin, medium density polyethylene, linear low density polyethylene and so on can be cited as the representative one and these resins are used by blending them mutually or with other resins and rubbers. It is preferable that the melt flow rate of the ethylene resin is 1-300 g/10 min. The ozone treatment is carried out by blowing a gas containing ozone on the molten thin film from a nozzle or a slit-like blowing port.
