PURPOSE:To prolong the service life of a bearing by making hollow a part of the inside of a driving shaft for driving a swirl scroll and storing lubricating material inside and sealing the inside by a sealing member and arranging a swirl bearing in the lower part of the driving shaft. CONSTITUTION:The captioned fluid machinery compresses the working fluid by successively reducing the compression space 3 which is formed by mutually meshing the spiral-shaped scroll lap parts 1a and 2a of a fixed scroll 1 and a swirl scroll 2 by turning a swirl scroll 2. In this case, a part of the inside of a driving shaft 11 for driving the swirl scroll 2 is made hollow, and the lubricating material 14 such as grease is stored inside. The opened port edge of the hollow part is sealed by a partitioned plate 15 having a plurality of communication holes. Further, a turning bearing 10 is installed onto the counter lap side of the swirl scroll 1, and the eccentric part 11a of the driving shaft 11 is supported by the bearing 10, and the partitioning plate 15 is arranged in the bearing part.
