发明名称 PRODUCTION OF MAGNETIC RECORDING MEDIUM
摘要 PURPOSE:To stabilize magnetic characteristics by passing a reactive gas so as to pass the bore of a porous film consisting of aluminum oxide and depositing a high coercive force magnetic material on the porous film by a chemical vapor deposition method. CONSTITUTION:The high coercive force magnetic material is deposited on the porous film by the chemical vapor deposition method while the reactive gas is so passed as to pass the bore of the porous film consisting of the aluminum oxide. Namely, a bypass path 12 for adjusting the flow rate of the gas is provided across the part provided with a holder 11 for setting an alumite film 13 at the mid-point of a reaction tube 10 and the alumite film 13 is heated by a heater 14. The reactive gas, when supplied to this device, flows by passing the bore of the alumite film 13 and reacts to form the high coercive force magnetic material by coming into contact with the circumferential wall surface forming the bore at the time of passing the bore. The magnetic recording medium obtd. in such a manner is packed with the high coercive force magnetic material in the bore of the alumite film 13. The high coercive force magnetic material is thereby deposited with quantitatively good reproducibility and the magnetic recording medium having the stable magnetic characteristics is obtd.
