PURPOSE:To prevent the turbulence of a screen at the time of moving from a normal reproducing mode to a special reproducing mode by executing the writing and the reading of a memory circuit provided to execute the special reproducing in the same cycle. CONSTITUTION:In a control circuit 12 to control the writing and the reading of a memory circuit 4, a write address counter 7 to which a clock signal is connected from the same supplying source and a read address counter 8 are provided. Both counters 7 and 8 receive a clock signal Q sent from the same supplying source and generate a write address signal W and a read address signal R. The memory circuit 4, based on the address signals W and R, executes the writing of a signal in the same cycle by a timing control circuit 6 and executes a reading by the control of a selector 5. Accordingly, since the address signals W and R do not cross, even at the time of moving from a normal reproducing mode to a special reproducing mode, a stable screen without a turbulence can be obtained.
