The pillbox comprises a rigid cylindrical envelope 1 enclosing a mobile rack 2 subdivided into m stages E of n compartments 7 adapted to receive one or more medicaments, access to the said compartments 7 being authorized by the correspondence between the latter and windows 3a-3d provided in the envelope 1 and normally closed by appropriate mobile means 10. The mobile rack constitutes a core 2 adapted to rotate with slight friction around its longitudinal axis X-X', inside the envelope 1, and the compartments 7 are defined between, on the one hand, m + 1 circular partitions 5 perpendicular to the axis of rotation X-X' of the core 2 and, on the other hand, n separations 6 projecting radially from the said axis X-X'. <IMAGE>
