PURPOSE:To obtain a tomographic image with the quality thereof free from radiation of gamma-rays from a person to be inspected, by arranging a gamma-ray counting setter circuit and a circuit to set for a a time counter setting circuit time at which a value of a gamma-rays counter circuit should reach a set value of the gamma-rays counting setter circuit with a time counter circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a value of a gamma-rays counter circuit 1 coincides with a value of a gamma-rays counter setting circuit 3, a 1-frame end signal is outputted with a gamma-rays comparator circuit 2. This signal is turned to a latch signal of a time counter setting circuit 6 to latch an output of a time counter circuit 4 at a time the signal is outputted. As the circuit 4 has output signals of an oscillation circuit 7 accumulated from the start of collection thereof, the circuit 6 latches time required for first scintigram collection. The 1-frame end signal is inputted into a detector rotation control circuit 8 to make a rotation start signal for a detector. Thus, the first scintigram collection is controlled by counts of gamma-rays and the operation from the second sheet on is set according to the time of the first collector thereby enabling the obtaining of a tomographic image free from radiation of gamma-rays from a person to be inspected.
