PURPOSE:To achieve automation of assembling work and miniaturization while preventing infiltration of rainwater or the like with a higher heat resistance, by making an insulation cylinder stick out from a bend of a holder on the small-diameter side thereof. CONSTITUTION:A holder 21 is formed into a stepped cylinder comprising a thick part 21D and a thin part 21E from a metal material such as stainless steel and has a thread part 21a as mounting part on a vehicle. After the insertion of an insulation cylinder 22 or the like, the base end side of the thin part 21E is bent inward to make a circular bend 21F, which gets the insulation cylinder 22, a zirconia tube 5 and the like positioned in the holder 21. The insulation cylinder 22 is formed into a stepped cylinder comprising a large- diameter part 22A and a small-diameter part 22B from alumina or the and the small-diameter part 22B sticks out from bend section 21F. Contact plate 23 provided in the insulation cylinder 22 is made of stainless steel or the like and a long-sized connection 23A at one end thereof sticks out from the small- diameter part 22B of the insulation cylinder 22. A sealing is made with a cap 26 between the connection 23A and the small-diameter part 22B of the insulation cylinder 22. |
