PURPOSE:To prevent a detection sensor from malfunctioning and to improve its reliability by putting the detection sensor part which consists of a conduction part and an insulation part in an external cylinder and providing a dry air intake for the insulation part. CONSTITUTION:The detection sensor 2 is put in the external cylinder 1. Even if a culture solution spatters, the detection sensor 2 never malfunctions because of the external cylinder 1. The detection sensor 2 is formed of the cylinder whose one end is closed, and its cylinder flank is coated with ethylene tetrafluoride to form the insulation part; and a stainless steel element is exposed at the tip part 3 to form the conduction part and part of the flank is holed to form the dry air outlet 4. Thus the dry air intake 14 is formed to send air, which passes through a filter 9 and the sensor cylinder, hole 4, and the gap between the detection sensor 2 and external cylinder 1 to enter a culture tank. The gap 2 between the external cylinder 1 and detection sensor 2 and the external cylinder wall are dried with the dry air, so there is no malfunction caused.
