PURPOSE:To quickly discharge water into the ground by a method in which a baggy drain material formed of a semipermeable film is set under the ground, a granular salt is packed into the baggy material, and a banking is formed on the ground above the drain material. CONSTITUTION:A baggy drain material 1 of a semipermeable film 11 is shaped into a a round columnar form using many round spacers 13. The drain material 1 is driven into soft ground by a drain driver and a driving tube is drawn out. A granular salt 2 is packed into the opening 12 of the material 1 and banking is formed on the ground above the drain material 1. Water in the ground can thus be effectively absorbed and discharged to the ground's surface by using osmotic pressure by the granular salt.
