PURPOSE:To improve accuracy of temperature in a coating device by making output obtained by integrating operation variables obtained from the difference between the quantity of controlling determined from plural measured values and a target value an operation quantity. CONSTITUTION:Measured temperature signals from thermocouples 11-13 provided in a coating device 3, a tank 4 and a heating furnace 10 are supplied to a CPU15 through an I/O controller CT14, and operation controlled signals are applied to a heater 9 through the CT14 again. The CPU15 reads data of measured quantities Y1-Y3 including the target value YR1 of temperature control and quantity of control Y1 of a varnishing device 1, and performs specified operation of opeation element C of the CPU, feedback element F and feed forward element N, and calculates operation quantities UC, UF, UN. When output of the operation quantity is within a specified limit, an integrator I1 operates, and operation is repeated until difference between the target value and quantity of control epsilon=YS1-Y<1> becomes zero. Operation quantity U=UC-UF+UN is calculated and outputted to the object to be controlled. |
