PURPOSE:To improve the manufacture yield and reliability by forming a distribution constant circuit pattern so that the lengthwise direction of a finger and the bonding work direction of a bonding wire applying bridge coupling between the fingers are made coincident. CONSTITUTION:An input terminal 101 and an isolation terminal 103 are connected via a finger 111 formed as a crank and connected via a bonding wire 131, a finger 113, a bonding wire 133, a finger 115 and a bonding wire 135. The input terminal 105 and the output terminal 107 are connected so that the lengthwise direction of the fingers and the bonding work direction are made coincident by the finger 121, bonding wire 141, finger 123, finger 125, bonding wire 143 and finger 127 respectively. The edge coupling by the circuit pattern is applied between the fingers 111, 113, 115 and the fingers 121, 123, 125 and 127. Thus, the manufacture yield and the reliability are improved.
