PURPOSE:To reduce the cost by dividing an updating operation of a value of one piece of memory by a memory updating means, into plural partial operations, and executing each partial operation in a different timing of an error detecting means. CONSTITUTION:A compensator 4 is constituted of a computing element 5, a memory 6 and a D/A converter 7, calculates and works a digital signal (b) of a speed detector 3, and outputs a control signal (c). The control signal (c) of the compensator 4 is inputted to a power amplifier 8, and a driving signal (d) which has been brought to a power amplification is supplied to a motor 1. The compensator 4 is constituted so that whenever its error detecting part obtains a new error signal, a control signal generating part generates a new control signal, and also, whenever an error detecting part 1A obtains Q pieces of new error signals, an updating and storing part 1F updates one piece of memory value.
