The invention advantageously replaces the dish and the sauceboat and eliminates all the inconveniences of the spoon in the sauce. The dish 10 has a bottom 1 which is inclined and grooved 2 towards a groove 3 emerging at the orifice 4 separating the foods from the sauce, while allowing the latter to flow into the collecting container 9, and a rim 5 which makes it possible to set down the spoon or the pieces of cutlery on a channel 6 which is inclined and ends with a funnel 7 which serves to hold back the spoon 8 while allowing the sauce to flow, so that it pours out into the collecting container 9.
