PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of a CT image due to offset variation, by stopping the generation of X-rays from an X-ray generating means at each time when the X-ray generating means and an X-ray detection means are rotated by a predetermined angle over one revolution or more and performing control so as to take in the offset data of the X-ray detection means and a data collecting means during the stop period of the generation of X-rays. CONSTITUTION:A gantry 10 begins to rotate at a time t=t1 by the start operation of a CT apparatus. An X-ray generation control means 8 is operated by the X-ray generation stop signal from a timing generating means 9 and an X-ray generating powder source apparatus 7 is cut off or an X-ray generator 1 is operated to hold the generation of X-rays in a stop state. during the stop period of X-rays, the offset data of a detection system is taken in an operation apparatus 5 through an AD converter 4. At a time t=t2, the X-ray generation control means 8 is operated by the X-ray generation stop releasing signal from the timing generating means to start the generation of X-rays and the data collection to an X-ray signal is also started. The collected data is subtracted in offset at every channel in the operation apparatus to be operationally processed. |
