PURPOSE:To surely set a CD single disk to a CD player which is not remodeled to cope with the CD single disk, by arranging a viscous member on the bottom of a circular recessed part provided with the same center as a disk material. CONSTITUTION:A circular recessed part 7 formed with the same center as a disk material 1 to store the CD single disk is provided on the disk material 1 having the same outside diameter as a CD disk, and a viscous member 3 is arranged on the bottom of this part 7. The outside diameter of the circular recessed part 7 is slightly larger than that of the CD single disk. When the CD single disk is stored in the circular recessed part 7 of a disk diameter converter, it is adhered by the viscous member 3 and is joined with the disk diameter converter into one body. This disk diameter converter can be set to the disk tray of a conventional CD player to surely chuck the CD single disk 2 with a turntable 5 and a clamper 6.
