PURPOSE:To improve the insulating property of the titled device by interposing an intermediate layer which is composed of a polyorganosilsesquioxane having a ladder type structure or a crosslinking structure between ladders, between an electrode and an orientation film mounted on a substrate plate. CONSTITUTION:A glass plate 11 mounted with the electrode 12 which is patterned thereon is applied with a solution dissolved the ladder type silicone oligomer in a butyl cellosolve by an offset printing method, followed by allowing it to stand at ordinary temperature, and drying in a cleaned oven, and then is calcined to form the intermediate layer 13. Subsequently, the obtd. plate is applied with a polyimide type solvent by the printing method, allowed to stand, dried and calcined to form a film. The orientation film 14 is obtd. by rubbing the surface of said film. At this time, the intermediate layer is controlled so as to be the film thickness of 400-750Angstrom . Thus, the stable electrochemical characteristic of the title device is obtd., and the insulating strength thereof is improved. |
