PURPOSE:To obtain the titled device for converting a closed-end bladder into an open-end bladder by hole-forming machining, by a method wherein a bladder is rotated by supporting it, a part to be machined of the bladder is pushed out to a cutting position, and the part is cut. CONSTITUTION:The closed-end bladder 5 is rotated by supporting it by a bladder-supporting device 2, and the part 50b to be machined of the bladder 50 is pushed out to the cutting position by lowering a pressing device 3. Then, a cutter 4 is pressed against the part 50b of the bladder 50 to cut away the part 50b from the bladder 50 being rotated. Accordingly, a metallic mold for molding the closed-end bladder can be used in common for producing the closed-end bladder and for producing the open-end bladder. |
