<p>PURPOSE:To increase scrap blending ratio and to improve yield of molten iron in dephosphorizing process by melting scraps by charging oxygen and carbonic material after charging the scraps and molten iron into a reaction furnace and after that, charging dephosphorizing agent and oxygen gas. CONSTITUTION:After charging the scrap and the molten iron into the reaction furnace, oxygen and carbonic material are charged to melt the scrap. Then, by charging a dephosphorizing agent and oxygen gas, dephosphorization is executed. Or, after charging scraps and molten iron, dephosphorization is executed by charging a dephosphorizing agent and oxygen gas and after slag-off, is discharged oxygen gas and scraps to be molten are charged. By this method, a large blending ratio of the scrap, securing of melting temp. and maintenance of carbon content in the molten iron in the dephosphorizing furnace can be obtd. Therefore, the yield of the molten iron and the scrap blending ratio are increased and the productivity is improved.</p> |
