<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and to miniaturize the whole body by forming the coating layer selectively permeating vapor to the porous film of electrically conductive ceramics or plastics or electrically conductive woven fabric or nonwoven fabric. CONSTITUTION:The coating layer selectively permeating vapor is coated to the porous film of electrically conductive ceramics (for instance, barium titanate ceramics) or plastics, or electrically conductive woven fabric or nonwoven fabric to make a thin dehumidifier 1. A voltage is impressed to this dehumidifier 1 by an electric power source 10 to heat the conductive part, and a wet air 4 is supplied to the space of one side partitioned by the dehumidifier 1 by the natural convection generated by the heating. And a dry air 7 is also supplied to the space of the other side by the natural convection due to the heating. Vapor is moved from the wet air 4 to the dry air 7 by the driving force due to the partial pressure difference of vapor between the air 4 and the air 7 with the result the wet air is dehumidified.</p> |
