PURPOSE:To enable to electrically operate a clutch device in change operation even in subjecting the grip in an upper part of the operation lever for carrying out change gear operation to upward moving operation or in operating the operation button and relatively simply operate the device also when operated while standing. CONSTITUTION:An operation lever 1 is connected through a connecting plate 2 to an operating axis 3 and at the upper part of the lever a grip part 4 is inserted so as to be able to vertically move. A pressing plate 7 for pressing a switch is provided in the base of an operating stick 5 and at the upper end of the lever, a conical working part 9 is provided and in the middle of the lever a jaw part 10 bringing into contact with the lower edge of a hollow part 8 is provided. A spring 11 presses the pressing plate 7 to switch 6 side and the switch 6 becomes to be on when the switch is freed from the pressing plate 7. When a push button 12 in the side of the grip part 4 is pushed the working part 9 is pushed up and the operating stick 5 is moved upward. When the switch 6 is on, a clutch becomes off.
