PURPOSE:To less decrease friction resistance and to promote the prevention of generation of a stick slip, by constituting a molding member of soft quality, which is adapted to a window panel, of a material in which a sliding agent of parafine system wax or the like is contained in polyvinyl chloride. CONSTITUTION:A structure, forming a sash part 5 by a door outer panel 6 and a door inner panel 7 and mounting a molding 12 to a flange part 11 formed by the door outer panel 6 and a channel member 8, holds a door window panel 4 by an inner lip 10 of a glass run rubber 9 and a soft quality member 13 of the molding 12. This soft quality member 13 is constituted of a material containing a 0.5-10 pts.wt. slipping agent of parafine system wax or the like for 100 pts.wt. polyvinyl chloride. In this way, a squeak noise (stick slip) by the relative displacement between the window panel and the soft quality member can be effectively prevented by enabling a friction coefficient of the soft quality member to be less decreased.
