PURPOSE:To set the loads of all slave processors uniform and to efficiently use them by permitting a main processor to transmit reception messages to the slave processors and permitting the slave processors to add the number of reception message to an ACK and to inform the main processor of it. CONSTITUTION:The main processor 1 reads a message control table 11, selects a slave processor 5i where the message which is stored in queues 71-7n is the least, and transmits the message. The processor 5i obtains the number of messages stored in a queue 7i, and writes the ACK in the command part of the communication message, a slave processor number in data 1, and the number of messages stored in the queue 7i in data 2. A prescribed business item is transmitted to the main processor 1 as ACK information. The main processor 1 analyzes ACK information from the slave processor 5i and writes the number of messages stored in the queue 7i in the message control table 11.
