Erection yoke

An erection yoke suitable for multiple crane erection work is created by the invention. With this erection yoke, horizontal and vertical movements of the load take place automatically without correction by the operator. The sequence of movement for the load-slinging block is reliably controlled and the accuracy and safety of the erection process is increased while reducing the erection time compared with the prior art. The erection yoke consists of two remote-controlled drives arranged on a compression member and having two tension elements fastened to a load-slinging block. The drives are equipped with variable-speed, change-pole electric motors and are connected to mechanical or electrical program registers which are mainly designed as spindle switches. The number of program registers coincides with both the speed stages of the electric motors and the number of switching radii of the program registers. The use of the invention is especially advantageous in the erection of parts whose mass exceeds the carrying capacity of the individual lifting appliances available. <IMAGE>
