PURPOSE:To obtain the titled elastomer suitable as parts, such as inner trim parts of cars, etc., requiring low hardness and flexibility, by using a specific polyol derivative and polyoxypropylene glycol together as a polyol component. CONSTITUTION:The aimed elastomer obtained by reacting (A) a polyether polyol derivative expressed by formulas I or II [A is n-valent plyoxyalkylene polyol residue having 400-10,000mol.wt.; n is an integer of 2-8; 0<=x<(n-1)] and/or (B) a polyester polyol derivative expressed by formula III [B is m-valent polyester polyol residue containing a group expressed by formula IV in the backbone chain having 400-10,000mol.wt.; m is 2, 3 or 4; 0<=z<=(m-1)] and (C) polyoxypropylene glycol together used as a polyol component with a polyisocyanate component.
