<p>The invention provides a process for the continuous extrusion and shaping of a cellular moulding and a die (K, K') therefor. The die (K, K') has a base (10), a frame (11), at least one pin part (18) for adjusting the flow rate of the fed material, and a guide plate (12). The base (10) has a plurality of inner shaping channels (14) and an outer peripheral shaping channel (22) which are composed of at least one first and second branch inlet channel (22a, 22b) which are subdivided by the pin part (18) and of a convergence outlet channel (22c) in such a manner that the fed material is extruded from the inner shaping channels (14) and from the outer peripheral shaping channel (22) with essentially identical flow rate. <IMAGE></p> |
