PURPOSE:To improve the transport efficiency by executing continuous weighing, by switching successively weighing of a first stage and a second stage, and executing the weighing. CONSTITUTION:A discharge gate V1 executes an opening/closing control with respect to an outflow of powder 40 discharged from a discharge port 25 of a receiving hopper 21. The powder 40 is thrown into the hopper 21 by a truck 41, etc. Also, a the powder to be weighed 40 is thrown in from the discharge port 25 of the hopper 21. As for powder in the first weighing hopper 22, its weight W1 is measured by load cells 23, 24. The powder 42 is discharged from a discharge port 29 by opening a discharge gate V2 of the hopper 22. A powder flow rate q1 of the powder 42 is derived as a differential value of output signals of the load cells 23, 24. In a second weighing hopper 26, load cells 27, 28 for weighing the weight W2 of powder 42 thrown in from the discharge port 29 of the hopper 22 are installed, and in the same way as the hopper 22, a discharge flow rate q2 is derived. Also, the discharge is executed by the rotation of a driving motor 32, by a feeder 31 which is joined to a discharge port 30. The powder which is discharged is transported by a transport means such as a belt conveyor 33, etc.
