PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition suitable for automobiles, household electric appliances, etc., having excellent physical properties of cured coating film, long-term storage stability, normal temperature - constant temperature curing properties of one-pack type, comprising a specific vinyl polymer, a polyvalent metallic alkoxide and a chelate compound. CONSTITUTION:The aimed compound consisting of (A) a vinyl polymer (having preferably 500-50,000 number-average molecular weight) obtained by copolymerizing (i) 1-100wt.% preferably 5-90wt.% vinyl monomer [e.g. trimethylsiloxyethyl (meth)acrylate] containing at least one polymerizable unsaturated double bond and at least one siloxy group in one molecule with (ii) 99-0, preferably 95-10wt.% vinyl monomer [e.g. alkyl (meth)acrylate or styrene] copolymerizable with the monomer and (B) a polyvalent metallic alkoxide and/or a chelate compound.
