PURPOSE:To implement high speed in processing of an electronic device and to improve the repeatability of package/platter, by using a plurality of cables having different propagating times. CONSTITUTION:An interface structure comprises a transmitting-side package 8 and receiving-side packages 9 and 9'. The sending side is constituted by an LSI gates 1, patterns 2 in the package, and connectors 3 for connecting the package and cables. Each receiving-side package comprises an LSI gate 7, a pattern 6 and a connector 3. The sending side and the receiving sides are connected through the cables 4 and 5. The physical distances between both sides are made to be lA<lB (lA and lB are the lengths of the cables 4 and 5). In this constitution, the cable lengths corresponding to the physical distances can be assured by using a super high speed cable and a medium speed cable. The interface structure characterized by small electrical delay and equal-delay- time connection can be realized.
