A contact device is proposed between housing parts, which move with respect to one another, of cabins or rooms which are screened electromagnetically and/or such that they are proof against radio frequencies, especially of front panels or doors, a groove having contact springs being provided on one housing part and a blade-like projection being provided on the other housing part. In order to achieve time-saving installation of the contact springs, the two side parts of the U-shaped groove (2) are bent (8, 9) in the opening direction, and a spring strand (7) having a plurality of individually constructed spring elements (3) is inserted into this groove (2). <IMAGE>
