PURPOSE:To obtain smooth motion, by receiving the load resistance of a movable table to driving force through rolling motion. CONSTITUTION:The movable table 1 is provided two sliding units 2 and 2' at each end part on sides of rails 4 and 4' fixed to a main body chassis 3. One sliding unit 2 of the rail side 4 is provided by a fixture 11, and the other sliding unit 2' of the rail side 4' is provided to the movable table 1 slidably at right angles to the rail 4'. The rotors 8 of the sliding units are positioned on the same horizontal shaft 12 and V-groove parts of the rotors 8 come into contact with arc surfaces of the rails 4 and 4', supporting the movable table 1 on two rails 10 on both ends. Once the driving force is transmitted to the movable table 1, the rotors 8 move on the rails 4 and 4', but rotatable around pivot pins 6 and pivot screws 7 as shafts, performing rolling motion. |
