PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily inspect the condition of the solder fixing of a circuit element by coloring the flux contained in the solder, and by using a color sensor, recognizing the colored flux which flows out when the solder is fused. CONSTITUTION:A circuit element 4 is fixed using a solder 5 containing a flux colored in color which can be recognized by using a color sensor 6. The colored flux 7 flowing out at this time is recognized by using the color sensor 6. Thus, when the given color is recognized, it is determined that the element 4 and a conductive path 3 are fixed; otherwise the solder 5 does not exist or has not been fused, so it is determined that the element 4 and the conductive path 3 are not fixed. Accordingly, the condition of the solder fixing of the circuit element can be easily inspected.
