PURPOSE:To prevent a memory card from erroneously being ejected by inputting a signal from an ejection button to a micro computer and controlling a card ejection control mechanism part by means of the micro computer. CONSTITUTION:When the ejection button 6 is erroneously depressed at the time of reception with an external equipment 1, the signal F is inputted to the micro computer 4. Since the signal is transmitted and received with the external equipment 1 at that time, a control signal D is outputted from the micro computer 4 to a data processing part 3. When a signal F is controlled to become invalid even if it is inputted while the control signal D is outputted in the micro computer 4, a signal H is not outputted from the micro computer 4 to the card ejection control mechanism part 5, and the memory card 7 is not ejected.
