PURPOSE:To attain synchronization in which an application task is shifted to a next step by providing a null task and detecting that a status register shows '0' when all the tasks recognize processing request waiting or data waiting. CONSTITUTION:A null task processing sets a register SR11 to '0' (stable) assuming that a cell 1 terminals the processing, if a system task waits for a processing request and the application task waits for data. Whether the SR11 in all the cells 1 are in a stable state is decided by whether wired SR12 shows '0' or not. In such a case, the other cells 1 wait in a loop in case a data communication between cells and an application processing is executed. If the wired SR12 is detected to be '0', all the cells 1 are recognized to be in the stable state, and a system shifts the next step.
