PURPOSE:To follow up a synchro signal rotating at high speed, by A/D- converting the output voltage of a subtracter, and varying simultaneously plural digital values by adding its digital value. CONSTITUTION:The output (i) of a subtracter 4 is converted 5 to a digital signal (j) of plural bits. On the other hand, a reference signal (c) is decided 9 as to its code, and converted to a signal (n) of 1 or -1. Also, a multiplier multiplies an output (j) of the A/D converter 5 and the output signal (n) of the code deciding device 9 and outputs a digital signal (k). The signal (k) corresponds to a difference between an angle theta of a synchro oscillator and an angle phi of a digital value (f). Subsequently, the output (k) of the multiplier 6 and the digital value (f) are added 7, and a new digital value (1) is calculated. Also, by an external clock (m), a new digital value (f) is updated. Said operation is repeated and an error sin(theta-phi) is added to the digital value (f) until theta=phi, and a synchro signal can be converted to a digital value. In such a way, the device can be allowed to follow up the synchro signal for rotating at high speed.
