PURPOSE:To miniaturize a brake device and reduce its capacity by providing means of detecting the rotation of a variable motor and the operated position of a speed control lever, and operating a brake cylinder when the rotating speed of the variable motor becomes below a set value with the speed control lever being in a neutral position. CONSTITUTION:As a speed control lever 17 is operated to be in a neutral position in order to stop a vehicle, variable motors 7, 8 are braked. The rotation of each variable motors 7, 8 is detected by a rotation detector 16 and, when the rotating speed is lowered down to a defined value, a braking signal is outputted to a brake valve 12 by a control device 15 to shut off the brake valve 12, while also discharging the hydraulic pressure fed to brake cylinders 10. Thereby, the rotary shaft of each variable motors 7, 8 is braked by the spring in each brake cylinder 10. Accordingly, a vehicle body is braked by the variable motors and brake cylinders. And, thereby, a brake device can be miniaturized while reducing its capacity. |
