The complex system for emergency ventilation of several accident victims is a compressed air generating system constructed on the principle of so-called dry rotors, and an oxygen enrichment system which works by the pressure change adsorption method, which are connected in parallel with 1...n ventilation systems and/or inhalation devices via a compressed air removal line and an oxygen removal line. The solution according to the invention provides a mobile system for emergency ventilation which supplies medical and control gases at the scene of the accident and simultaneously permits automatic or manual treatment of patients for prolonged periods at the appropriate level.
