摘要 PURPOSE:To constitute the title mechanism so that a vibration or a slope is not generated on a movable platen at the time of mold clamping action, by a method wherein a positive turn crank mechanism and reverse turn crank mechanism are connected respectively at linear moving ends of connecting rods and the turning and moving ends are driven and turned in the same place so that both the crank mechanisms come in the symmetrical position in relation to an axis of an injection molding machine on the same surface of the movable platen. CONSTITUTION:In the case where crank mechanisms 1, 1' press and move a movable platen 4, in a mold clamping action, turning and moving ends b, b' of two connecting rods 10, 10' are in a symmetrical position always in relation to an axis of a mold clamping part and linear moving ends (a), (a') are coincidence with each other. Therefore, sideward component forces f2, f2' which are not coincident with the axis of the mold clamping part out of the component forces f1, f2 and f1', f2' of action forces F, F' of the two connecting rods 10, 10' to the movable platen 4 are balanced each other. Therefore, unbalance in moment where the movable platen 4 is vibrated or tilted does not occur.
