PURPOSE:To release bundling and facilitate spreading of a net or sheet, by using plural special bundling and fixing tools and bundling and fixing the net or sheet with a single string in pulling the net or sheet and bundling the net or sheet. CONSTITUTION:A bundling and fixing tool 5 is constituted of a pair of arc curved rods (6a) an (6b) (hereinafter referred to as 6). The arc curved rods 6 are formed of a winding base end 7 of bent metal rod, part curved in the form or arc in the tip direction and ring parts 10, 8 and 9 at the tip and in the course thereof. A supporting substrate 11 consists of an inner split pipe 12 made of a synthetic resin and outer split pipe 13 made of metal and a stopper 4 is fixed to the outer wall of the outer split pie 13. Base ends of the arc curved rods 6 are wound around the stopper 14. An annular part (A) is formed of the arc curved rods 6 and a bundle of a net or sheet is contained therein to pass a string 15 in overlapped parts of the rings 8-9 of both rods 6.
