PURPOSE:To transmit many pcs. of information through a few transmission lines by sending information through the use of current direction and receiving the information by a couple of reception circuits connected in anti-parallel. CONSTITUTION:An information transmitter 10 includes an AC current generator 12 and is provided with a commercial AC power supply 14 and a transformer 16. One terminal of the secondary coil of the transformer 16 is connected to a transmitter 18 generating an information current and the other terminal is connected to a receiver 20. The transmitter 18 is provided with N/2 pairs, that is, (n-1)-pair transmission circuits 24, 26 so as to send N kinds, i.e., 2(n-1) kinds of information through n-lines of transmission lines, that is, transmission lines 221, 222,...22n to the receiver 20. The receiver 20 is provided with (n-1) pairs corresponding individually to the transmission circuits 24, 26, that is, N sets of the receiver circuits 32, 34. The receiver circuits 32, 34 in pairs are connected in anti-parallel to constitute the receiver capable of receiving two kinds of information.
