PURPOSE:To weaken driving force transmitted through a clutch even if a rotary speed difference is generated between front and rear wheels when a vehicle is in cornering operation, by restricting the action of a cylinder means when the vehicle is in high speed running. CONSTITUTION:If an automobile is driven running in a high speed, a weight 56, whose centrifugal force increases larger, presses a needle main unit 55 to be moved against urging force of a spring 57 and opens a communication path 53. Accordingly, a rotary speed difference is generated between an output shaft 17a and a universal joint shaft 19, and when pressure oil is supplied to an oil chamber 41 further when the automobile is in high speed running, the pressure oil is allowed to flow out into the second oil passage 51 passing through the communication path 53 from the oil chamber 41. Consequently, the pressure of oil in the oil chamber 41 decreases lower than the predetermined value, and a cylinder means 28, whose action is suppressed, weakens connecting force generated between both fellow plates 26, 27 with each other.
