PURPOSE:To facilitate piping even if there is a curved portion on the pipe and to make the noise at the curved portion reducible by providing an area on the curved portion of a rubber hose used for piping with a cover of synthetic resin applicable to adhere to a curved portion. CONSTITUTION:A rubber hose is to be fitted in a mould made in a specific curved form and fixed in it with the mould closed. Such thermoplastic resin as nylon or the like is then fused and casted in the mould through a filler hole. After casting a specific amount of the thermoplastic resin, the plastic is found in a specific curved form when the mould is opened after giving time for the plastic to be fixed. A curve-formed rubber hose with its outside circumference covered with a covered portion 8 is obtainable. |
