<p>PURPOSE:To inexpensively manufacture a remover of hydrogen sulfide in a dry method by oxidizing an iron salt in an iron-containing waste hydrochloric acid, adjusting a pH to >=6 by adding an alkaline material and drying at <=300 deg.C after filtration and separation. CONSTITUTION:A pickling waste hydrochloric acid and a rinsing waste liquid are received in a waste liquid tank 1 and the mixture thereof is introduced in a neutralizing tank 3 by a pump 2. The mixed liquid is stirred by a stirrer 7 while an alkaline solution is fed from a neutralizer adjusting tank 5 into a tank 3 by the pump 6, and when a pH sensor 8 points to 7.5, the pump 6 is stopped. Subsequently, a cake is taken out, a valve 10 is opened, a solid and a filtrate are discharged to a filter 11, and are separated in a separating tank 13. The solid is washed with water, after dehydration, the cake 14 is placed on a belt conveyor 15 along with filtering frame 11a. After removing the filtering frame 11a, the hydrogen sulfide remover 18 is obtained passing through a dryer 16 and grinder 17.</p> |
